Shipping Policy

At Santhushti, we process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and we offer free shipping on pre-paid orders above ₹999.

Delivery timelines are as follows:

• 3–5 business days within Northeast India
• 5–7 business days across other Indian states
• 7–10 business days for remote areas

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, and tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours. Please note, we currently ship only within India.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@littlefox.in. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note, we do not accept returns for the following items:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials
• Items on sale
• Gift cards

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us for assistance.
